METHOD OF PAYMENT

Full payment of fees is required before registrations can be processed and confirmed. Payment must be received by the earlybird date to receive the nominated discount otherwise the standard fee will apply. Payment can be made in the following manner:

1. Credit Card Payment
Visa, MasterCard are accepted.
Please note that Molecular Plant Breeding CRC will appear on your credit card statement.

2. Cheque Payment
Please make cheque/bank draft in Australian Dollars payable to “Molecular Plant Breeding Cooperative Research Centre” and mail with the completed registration form to the Conference Office.

International delegates please note: cheque payment must be received by way of an international bank draft in Australian Dollars which states an Australian Drawee bank. We cannot accept personal or company cheques.

3. Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT)
All bank fees incurred with electronic funds transfer (bank transfers), whether international or national, are at the depositor’s expense. Please email/fax remittance form to the Conference Office and please quote delegate’s surname as EFT reference.

CONFIRMATION/DELIVERY PROCESS
On receipt of your payment, a confirmation letter will be e-mailed to you. It is advisable to check all items listed. Any changes or alterations can be made in writing to the Conference Organisers.

CANCELLATION POLICY ON REGISTRATION FEES
Registration cancellations received in writing at the Conference Office by 9 October 2009 will be accepted. Registration fees will be refunded less an A$100 administrative fee. Cancellations received after this date cannot be accepted and will not be refunded, however it is acceptable to transfer your registration to another person. The full name and details of the person that will replace you must be advised in writing to the Conference Office prior to the Conference. No refunds will be made for non-attendance to the Conference.

INSURANCE
Registration fees do not include personal travel insurance of any kind. It is strongly recommended that, when registering for the conference and booking travel, a travel insurance policy be taken out to cover loss, cancellation, medical cover etc for any reason. The Conference Committee and Conference Organisers do not take responsibility for any delegate failing to insure.

TAX
All Conference Registration and Additional Ticket rates quoted are in Australian Dollars and are inclusive of GST.
