Call for Papers

You are invited to submit abstracts for proposed papers and poster displays that are relevant to the Conference topics.  Abstracts will only be received via online submission.

Call for Abstracts

Abstract submission is a two step process:

STEP 1
Abstract template: download the abstract template, save it to your desktop and complete it:

  • Use this template to present your abstract in the required format. Abstracts not submitted using this template will be returned for correction.
  • Your abstract text should be no more than 400 words.
  • Your abstract should clearly and concisely outline the CONTENT of the presentation and should include key points/issues to be addressed.
  • Delete all text in red when you have completed this template.
  • After completing the abstract template, move onto step 2.

STEP 2
Online abstract submission form: to complete the online abstract submission form, the following information is required:

  • Your contact details
  • The title of your abstract
  • Presentation type
  • Topics
  • Name and organisation of all co-presenters and co-authors
  • Your completed abstract template

Please note, the invitation to submit an abstract does not constitute an offer to pay travel, accommodation or registration costs associated with the conference. Similarly, no speaker fee is paid to successful participants. All speakers must register for the conference and forward the appropriate registration fee six weeks prior to the commencement of the conference.

ABSTRACTS MUST BE SUBMITTED NO LATER THAN SUNDAY 15 MARCH 2009.

Presentation Types

Oral Presentations: Oral presentations take place in chaired sessions and are 20 minutes in length including question and answer time.

Poster Display: Poster presentations will be an integral part of the program. Each poster will be allocated an area of 1.5m high x 0.9m wide on a fixed Velcro compatible board and will be displayed during the entire Conference.

Posters will be available for viewing from Tuesday 10 - Thursday 12 November 2009. You will be able to set up your poster between 1.30pm - 5.30pm on Monday 09 November 2009.

7. Identity Preservation Systems and Testing Methodologies

Full Papers

Abstracts will be peer reviewed, and if accepted as an oral paper or poster the authors will be invited to submit a full written paper which will also be peer reviewed for inclusion in the Conference Proceedings on CD-Rom.

All presenters will also be asked to submit a final abstract for inclusion in the Conference handbook.

Presentation Format

The Program Committee reserves the right to decide the format of presentation on the basis of time, space available and applicability to the Conference topics.

Confirmation of submission

Immediately following successful submission, you will receive confirmation via email.

Abstract Review Notification

Abstract acceptance, program scheduling and your presentation format will be communicated to the corresponding authors email address by 15 April 2009.
